I'm Ryan Wright, professional futures trader, founder of Raen Trading, and performance coach for traders who want to make this their profession.

I've spent years trading professionally and collaborating closely with world-class traders. Currently, I'm founder of Raen Trading, where ARB Trading Group—one of the industry's top proprietary trading firms—is now a partner and investor. Through these experiences (and plenty of my own costly lessons), I've learned firsthand what separates merely good traders from genuinely world-class performers.

Right now, I'm authoring a trading performance book for Wiley Trading, and I write one of the fastest-growing financial newsletters on Substack, where I share insights on trading psychology, performance, and professional decision-making.
